Please read the following info which covers everything you’ll need to know about shipping and delivery:
All orders placed will be processed with the aim of being shipped within 24 working hours from our UK-based warehouse. An email will be sent to you when your order is dispatched.
Please be aware that any orders placed on weekends, national holidays and bank holidays will be shipped the next working day.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and are calculated based on working days and the durations provided by delivery services.
All durations are quoted in working days, meaning you should not expect deliveries on weekends or bank holidays.
While every effort is made to dispatch orders within our estimated times, busy periods can mean that deliveries may take an additional 2-3 working days on top of the lead times provided.
The total delivery cost for your order will be displayed in your Shopping Cart and at checkout.
Tracked and Express delivery options are available for any orders that may be required for a specific date.

Please note: Express & Standard services are unavailable for higher value, heavier items where the shipping will need to be calculated on the basket to ensure the correct service is selected.
Our cut-off time for Next Working Day Delivery is 15:00 pm so you must order before 15:00 pm (GMT) to ensure delivery the next day.
This only applies to orders placed Monday to Thursday. If you place an order after 15:30 pm (GMT) on Thursday your order will be dispatched on Friday you should expect delivery on the proceeding Monday (or Tuesday if Bank Holiday Monday).
How do I track my order?
You should be provided with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. If not, please let us know and we can provide you with a tracking number which links to your tracking info.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Your estimated delivery date will be quoted to you when you have all the items you wish to purchase in your basket.
What if my order is late?
If your order is late arriving, please let us know and we'll help to find out when your order should arrive. In the event of any shipping-related delays, we ask that you please be understanding and patient. We will always act to provide accurate updates on delivery times and do all we can to ensure you receive your purchase as soon as possible. If your order is very late you could be entitled to a delivery refund, so please let us know if you experience any such delays.
What if my order says it's out of stock?
If we don’t have a particular item in stock, we will post the rest of your order separately. Our website is updated daily and everything that is online is, at the time, in stock. Please note we will try and reorder any out of stock items which can take 3 to 10 working days.
What happens if there are unexpected delays?
We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any delays to the dispatch of your order or any reason why we believe we won’t be able to fulfil your order on time.
