Returns & Exchanges
We are confident that you will be delighted with your order, however, if you do need to return an item to us, fear not! Our Two Step returns service is fast and straight forward.
Simply print off our returns form, and follow the steps outlined, making sure to send it back to us with the item(s) you wish to return.
EXCHANGING SIZES
If you would like to exchange a t-shirt for a different size, please ensure it is returned in perfect condition (no animal hairs, marks, or rips etc) and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
We will cover the cost of posting out your exchanged goods on your first return. Should you however need to return additional items for an exchange, you will be required to cover the relevant postage costs incurred.
OTHER RETURNS
Time Period - Under UK distance selling regulations you have 30 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. In situations where you have already received your purchase, or we have shipped it to you, a full refund can only be issued to you upon return of your entire order, at your cost. An item can be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, a different size, alternative t-shirt, or refund.
Postage - We recommend that any returns be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery. Ninth Planet T-Shirts accepts no responsibility or liability for returns that are lost in transit; it is your responsibility to ensure arrival. P&P costs back to the warehouse are the responsibility of the customer, but when we post your first exchange back to you there is no delivery charge. Subsequent exchanges may have a P&P charge. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless you are returning a damaged product.
Original Condition Policy – When returning a t-shirt, please ensure that there are no visible signs of wear or damage. It is your responsibility to make sure that you do not wear deodorant, perfume, or anything else that might leave a mark or scent when trying t-shirts on. Please beware that any t-shirts returned in an unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
If your order is incorrect, faulty, or has been damaged in transit, please get in touch before returning it to us. You will need to provide your order number when contacting us in relation to a returned item. You can reach us at: info@ninthplanettshirts.com
